Installation of Toad is getting the error "Microsoft MSXML 4.20.9818.0 is required" -
Description
I am trying to install Toad and is getting the error "Products require Microsoft MSXML 4.20.9818.0 or above...". I am on Windows 7 and have already installed MSXML 6.0.

Cause
Microsoft MSXML 6.0 was installed on PC but not Microsoft MSXML 4.20.9818.0. The problem is that version 6.0 is not compatible with Windows 7.

Resolution
Uninstall Microsoft MSXML 6.0 from the Add or Remove Program and install Microsoft MSXML 4.0 SP2.
