When trying to schedule a job in Automation Designer, I get the error: "Interface not supported" (62678)

When I try to create a scheduled job or tasks in Utilities | Automation Designer, I get the error: "Interface not supported". This error happens on Windows Server 2008.

None

STATUS:
Waiting for fix in a future release of Toad for Oracle.

The problem is that Windows 2003, XP, and older OS has Windows Task Scheduler in: Start | Control Panel | Schedule Tasks.

Toad cannot find it in Windows Server 2008 (WS 2008) and therefore an error is returned in Toad. Running it manually works without the scheduler.
