SQL Recall error Control 'dpSESQLRecallFrame' has no parent window
Description

When launching SQL Recall window, the following error Control dpSESQLRecallFrame has no parent window after upgrading to Toad for Oracle version 10.
Cause

Possible cause: corrupted files
Resolution

Steps to resolve:
1. Backup your current C:\Documents and Settings\<OS USER>\Application Data\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\9.7 folder.
2. Completely uninstall and reinstall Toad for Oracle 10
3. Launch Toad 10 and do not migrate settings but create a brand new settings file
