Can't open files from FTP. No errors but no editor opens either. (56452)

When clicking on file and trying to view file from FTP, Toad reports that the file was transferred but no editor or file opens. This use to work but suddenly stopped working and now can't open files from FTP.

Connected without problems through regular FTP. This is a problem with transferred as binary or ascii.

Issue with editor used to open the file.

Verify setting for the editor. Go to View | Options | Executables. Verify the file value for "Editor". By default Toad will be set to notepad.exe.
