How to remove the unused oracle client entries in the Login window? (52963)

How to remove the unused oracle client entries name in the drop down list for Connect Using in the Toad Server Login Window ?

To remove unused oracle client entries, please follow the steps below:

1. In the Toad Server Login Window | Installed Clients drop down list locate which entry you want to remove.
2. Then go to your registry (type regedit from the Start | Run).
3. Locate and delete the Oracle Home folder associated to the oracle entries you want to remove from Toad drop down list. For example you want to remove a 8.1.7 client and it is located in the Oracle HOME 0 folder, go to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE | SOFTWARE | ORACLE | HOME0 and delete the HOME0 folder.
