This issue is due to a corrupted ntdll.dll file.

In affected computer a command window with administrator privileges must be opened, type cmd in the search box, and then right click Command prompt and select Run as Administrator.Enter these commands in command prompt to uninstall and install the file:regsvr32.exe /u ntdll.dll and press Enter keyregsvr32.exe ntdll.dll and press Enter key
