When the user executes an invalid statement, the message kxmsgs.ini is corrupted error appears when attempting to view details of the error.
WORKAROUND:
1. Go to C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Knowledge Xpert\Instant Messages\Oracle
2. Rename the Oracle 10G rvx file to Oracle V10 Messages.rvx
3. Update the KXmsgs.ini and the KXpertClientTemplate.ini, as well as KXpertClient.ini in the C:\Documents and Settings\<USER>\Application Data\Quest Software\Knowledge Xpert directory with the changes to the .rvx file.
