CVS login screen crashes when the "OK" button is pressed (4334748)

The CVS login screen crashes when the OK button pressed.
Toad Team Coding is set up with CVSNT.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1] Log in Toad
2] Go To View | Toad Options | Source Control and uncheck Disable Login Prompt on Connection
3] Close Toad and reopen it again
4]Select a connection. The log in to CVS window will appear.
5] Click OK : the cvs server rejects the connection and Toad just exits

WORKAROUND:
Enter the password manually instead of clicking the OK button.
