How can we view and edit XML data in Toad 10.x?
Cause

XML Editor has been removed in Toad 10.x due to a bug in the Oracle client, when used in Unicode mode, that prevents editing of XML Data.
Resolution

WORKAROUND1:
1. Store XML in CLOB columns rather than XMLTYPE columns.
WORKAROUND2:
1. Use Toad for Oracle 9.7.
