SQL Scan from Toad returns only 0.SQL Optimizer returns the correct values in the same computer
Description

SQL Scan from toad just returns 0 when run it from toad. This seems to happen only when Toad uses an Instant Client.
Cause

The cause is on Toad side not sending the correct XML to the SQL Optimizer engine to indicate that Instant Client is used.
Resolution

WORKAROUND 1
Use a ful client instead of a Instant Client
WORKAROUND 2
Use SQL Optimizer instead of Toad to get the SQL Scan values
