The Variable Window takes more than 8 seconds to open
Description

The Variable Window takes more than 8 seconds to open.
This did not happened in version 9.7.
Resolution

1] Close Toad
2] Go to C:\Documents and Settings\<your user>\Application Data\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\10.0\User Files
3] Locate the file variables.dat and rename it to Oldvariables.dat
4]Re test the issue
