Steps to reproduce the error:

1] Go to Database | Export | Export DDL
2] Click on Add
3] Select the options to export to
4] Click the green arrow

The error "ORA-00942: Table or view does not exist" appears
Resolution

Grant select on SYS.DBA_JOBS to the user that is using the Export DDL functionality.
