Access violation when selecting Trigger in Tree View
Description

Toad crashes with an Access Violation when trying to see triggers from schema browser in tree view.
It looks like this only happens when some kind of triggers exists on the schema.

WORKAROUND
Use tab view in Schema Browser instead of Tree view
