Not possible to use German Umlaute (ÄÖÜß) int pathnames of MS Team Foundation Server
Description

When doing team-coding on MS Team Foundation Server, having installed the MS Team Foundation Server MSSCCI-Provider to connect to the source control., it's not possible to have German Special characters (äöüß) in the Pathnames for checking out to the local mapped path.

WORKAROUND:
None

STATUS:
Waiting for a fix to be released in a future version of Toad for Oracle.
