Description

After upgrading to TOAD for Oracle 9.6.1, when viewing details of a table, and when the NLS_LANG setting has remained the same (american_america.we8mswin1252), the following error appears:
"ORA-29275: Partial Multibyte Character"

WORKAROUND:
None

STATUS:
