Access Violation error after opening the popup editor for a table column containing a CLOB value (4325953)

Toad gives an Access Violation error after opening the popup editor for a table column containing a CLOB value

Steps to reproduce are:

1. Disable the Option: "Preview CLOB and LONG data" in View | Toad Options
    
2. paste:
   SELECT XMLTYPE('<a>test</a>').getclobval() from dual;
   into the editor
    
3. Press F9 (for Execute statment)
    
4. Goto the Result Window and right click on the (HUGECLOB) and choose "Popup Editor"
   or open the "Popup Editor" with right clicking
    
5. Then click on the green arrow (Execute / compile statement at caret)
