I am getting the error Message: List index out of bounds (-1) when following the steps below.
1. Open pl/sql editor and open a pl/sql package body file.
2. Cntrl-left mouse click" one procedure name which is in the same package, editor moves to the procedure ok.
3. Then I try go back with "Alt-left arrow", then TOAD gives me an error
