Import Table Data has problems with several header lines in the import file. (4322312)

When trying to import table data from a text file by using:
Database | Import | Import Table Data

When the first rows are more than 1 line (the count is for example 3 lines), the import wizard shows all the rows of the text file in the dialog "preview file and define fields", but it is not possible to map all other columns.

WORKAROUND:
The workaround is to delete the header lines in the file.

STATUS:
Waiting for a fix to be released in a future version of Toad for Oracle.
