Toad crashes when inserting text exceeding 4000 bytes in a varchar2(4K) column, into the popup editor

Steps to recreate:

1. Create a table:
   CREATE TABLE XMLSOURCE
   (
   ID NUMBER,
   XMLSTR VARCHAR2(4000 BYTE)
   );

• Go to the data grid of the schema browser
• Double click on a fresh row to get the popup editor
• Copy and paste some text bigger than 4k
• Click on ok.

Toad crashes at this point

WORKAROUND:
None

STATUS:
Waiting for a fix to be released in a future version of Toad for Oracle.
