When using Toad 10.1.1.8 dot lookup and ctrl + spacebar at the same time, Toad editor would hang.
Example:
1. In SQL Editor window, type HR. and hit ctrl + spacebar.
2. This will result in both the .lookup window and code template window to popup.
3. Now go back into the editor window and is not able to type anything.
Workaround:
ctrl + period to display the .lookup window faster
Status:
Waiting for fix in future version of Toad.
