Description

Error "ORA-01882: timezone region %s not found" reported when querying on Oracle's data dictionary views, supporting the DBMS_SCHEDULER package.
Cause

This appears to be an Oracle problem.
Resolution

This is not a Toad issue: the error appears within Oracle's SQL*Plus as well.

Oracle documentation for ORA-01882 recommends contacting Oracle Support Services to resolve this problem.
