Toad 12.7 fails on installation or seems to complete without installing anything -
Description
When running the toad_for_oracle_2015_x64_full.exe, the installation fails or completes with no errors but nothing installs.

Resolution
If you cannot install Toad 12.7, please try the .MSI file from our new 12.7 release.

Part 1
- Go to MSI (Special Installation Only)- Download Toad for Oracle 12.7 - 2015 Suites MSI .Zip File- Locate the compressed folder that you want to extract files; Example (install_12.7_msi)- On this folder you will have several .MSI filesPart 2
- Open the Command Prompt window by clicking the Start button- In the Search box, type CMD for Command Prompt, and press- Go to the folder from extracted .MSI file. Example C:\install_12.7_msiPart 3
- Locate and install Toad 12.7 "C:\install_12.7_msi\ToadForOracle_12.7.0.121_x64_En.msi"- From the command Prompt type:msiexec.exe /i "C:\install_12.7_msi\ToadForOracle_12.7.0.121_x64_En.msi" /q /l*v "C:\ProgramData\Quest Software\Quest Installer\Logs\Dell ToadForOracle_12.7_64bit.msi.log" INSTALLDIR="C:\Program Files\Dell\Toad for Oracle 12.7\"
Note: This will activate a silent install, so wait until the Toad icon comes up in your desktop or go to "C:\Program Files\Dell\Toad for Oracle 12.7\"and click Toad.exe
*** If the .MSI installation doesn't work, please go to "C:\ProgramData\Quest Software\Quest Installer\Logs\Dell ToadForOracle_12.7_64bit.msi.log" - Open a support case and attached the "ToadForOracle_12.7_64bit.msi.log"
