The Getting Started Guide states that a file packer.exe is required to unpack the contents of Toad for Oracle installer files, in order to execute a Silent Installation. How can this file be obtained and how is it used?

Resolution
'packer.exe' can be found on the SupportLink website. To download this file:
1. Visit www.quest.com | Support | Downloads & Updates page and Login or Register to Supportlink.
2. Type 'Toad' in Product Name field and select 'Toad for Oracle' from dropdown list and select Go.
3. Scroll down to locate 'Silent Installation Utility (packer.exe) and click to save file.
Once downloaded, refer to Toad for Oracle's 'Getting Started Guide' for instructions on using this utility. -
