Incorrect Oracle dblink dependencies are showing in Schema Browser's DBLINK 'Used by' tab
Description
When looking at dependencies for dblinks in the Schema Browser's DBLINK 'Used by' tab, the query returns objects that do not have any dependency. The Toad query seems to ignore commented lines of the text in dba_views and also truncates the argument passed, so dblinks with similar names are returned by mistake.

This issue is fixed in Toad for Oracle 12.0. This version can be downloaded from the downloads section of our website, which you can access by clicking here.
