CodeXpert gives incorrect result analysis for variables assigned to a SUBTYPE (4311763)

Running CodeXpert 'All rules by objective' on a sql script. Even though SUBTYPE is defined for datatypes, the resulting analysis indicates
"Consider defining subtypes for variables with identical datatypes"

1. Database | Diagnose | CodeXpert
2. Open sql script file
3. set 'All Rules by objective' with 'Scan SQL' button toggled on
4. Run CodeXpert
5. Expand Maintainability
6. Expand "Consider defining subtypes for variables with identical datatypes"

This shows  a list of  variables, but these variables have already been defined as a SUBTYPE
