Numbers with decimal points showing in scientific notation even when option unchecked.
Description
When inserting number with decimal place, Toad is still showing scientific notation even though 'show large numbers in scentific notation' is unchecked. Issue only seems to occur if number is < 1 e.g. 0.000001

This issue is fixed in Toad for Oracle 12.0. This version can be downloaded from the downloads section of our website, which you can access by clicking here.
