Ability for a user with TC_ADMIN role to override check out by another OS User -
Description
Team Coding is used with Code Control Groups but no third party Version Control software. Would like the ability for the Toad user or a user with TC_ADMIN role to undo check out, or check in an object that has been checked out by another OS User.
