How do you disable script grids in Script output tab in the Editor?
Description

In the Editor, after running statements using F5 Execute as Script the results are outputted to the Script tab. Script grid tabs are also generated. How do I disable these script grid tabs?
Resolution

1. Go to View | Options | Execute/Compile.
2. Uncheck the options to "Show Script Grids".
