Open and Save Dialog UI issues -
Description
I added two folders in the Open and Save Dialog during the Initial Setup. I then wanted to reverse the order of the folders using View | Toad Options | Files | Open/Save dialogs. No matter which of the two folders I select and which of the up/down arrow buttons I click, nothing happens. I realized that this is because the 'Sort alphabetically' box is checked.
Either the up/down arrow buttons should be disabled when 'Sort alphabetically' is checked, or clicking either of the up/down arrow buttons should automatically uncheck the 'Sort alphabetically' box.

Uncheck 'Sort Alphabetically' to enable the up/down arrows
