I get Access Violation at address 230EF8CC in module 'QP5.dll'. Write of address 00000000. when
Description

When I load a large procedure in the Editor Window, and then click on the "Insert Auto Debugger output statements" icon, AV error below occurs. This error does not happen on my other procedures that are smaller.
ERROR:
Access violation at address 230EF8CC in module 'QP5.dll'. Write of address 00000000.
Resolution

WORKAROUND:
Try breaking up your large Procedure into smaller Procedures and see if that will prevent the error as it does not seem to happen on smaller Procedures, Packages, etc. (unable to get successful test on this though).

STATUS:
Waiting for fix in a future release of Toad for Oracle.

It could be the error happens right after the "Insert Auto Debugger output statements" icon has increased the size of the Procedure i.e. from 4K lines to 11K lines per one tests, but from customer report, the error happened to him right away.
