Connections History adds new connection entry after each connection.
Description

Connections History adds new saved connection entry after each connection of the same user login.
This just started happening when I upgraded to the 12.12 version.
User has an Oracle security login setup where they login as their normal login, but after Toad connects, a different user is displayed in the connection toolbar.

WORKAROUND:
None

STATUS:
Issue fixed in version 13.0. The latest version of Toad for Oracle can be downloaded at: https://support.quest.com/download-product-select
