The Describe Object (F4) Script tab for users is invisible but appears on mouse hover
Description

Toad for Oracle 11.6.1 on Windows 7 64-bit. Describe (F4) a User | Script Tab. The icons are invisible, but appear when the mouse pointer is on top or hovers over the icons area (but still looks grayed out). The buttons still work as well.
Cause

A specific Windows 7 display setting (modified theme) is causing the problem. This issue is not reproducible by Quest Support.
Resolution

Choose a different Windows 7 display theme setting i.e. Windows 7 Basic OR re-create your current Windows Theme settings by choosing one of the standard Windows 7 Themes and then re-apply or re-do your other display settings.
