It's possible to export the results of a query to a flat file using <Right Click> on the results grid | 'Export to Flat File'. This creates a spec file and data file. Can I schedule this action and email the files using AppDesigner?
Currently it's not possible to schedule the 'Export to Flat File' feature.
An alternative could be to use <Right Click> 'Save As' 'SQL Loader' format and send to the AppDesigner via the snapshot icon at the bottom left of the 'Save as' window. An email action can then be added to the 'App' in the AppDesigner window, attaching the results of the 'Save As' action
