The Autoreplace feature in Toad Options is converting string to lowercase

An 'Autoreplace' string was created in View | Toad Options | Editor | Behavior | Autoreplace i.e.
apt select * from val_case_reserve where policy_no = 'LTC3954217'

On typing 'apt' in the editor it comes out like this:

select * from val_case_reserve where policy_no = 'ltc3954217'
Â
The string uppercase characters are being converted to lowercase.

View | Toad Options | Editor | Behavior | Autoreplace | Uncheck "maintain case on replace"
