Where can I find the New Database Wizard? Cannot create a new database with Toad for Oracle.

Resolution
To access the New Database Wizard, go to Database Menu | Create | New Database...
NOTE: This feature is only available in the commercial version of Toad with the optional DB Admin Module.
To verify of you have this Add-On, please go to Help Menu | About and in the middle part of the About screen, you should see 'Add Ons'. Please ensure you see 'DB Admin Module' in there; if you do not see it, then the 'New Database Wizard' feature will be disabled in your Toad.
If you happen to have another license key you want to use, you can modify/change the license key via Toad’s Help Menu | Licensing.
