Toad for Oracle 12.7 Code Analysis produces incorrect values for the Code Metrics. It is very much different than Toad 12.6. Some are ridiculously high .
User right-clicks the procedure or package, and then 'Send to Code Analysis'.
The 'final' computed values from Toad 12.7 is ridiculously off and different, and some have negative values, which are wrong. This is the first time user have seen a negative value.
For example:
Toad 12.6:
Halstead Volume = 246.19
Maintainability Index = 113.71
Toad 12.7:
Halstead Volume = 30,500.69
Maintainability Index = -3.16

Issue fixed in version 12.7.1. The latest version of Toad for Oracle can be downloaded here.
