Installed toad on a new machine, the debugging utility is no longer working.
1) Make sure that Toad has the correct Authorization Key to enable the debugging feature.
a. Within Toad go to Help>about, debugger should be viewed under Options (3rd line) if it does not show debugger please provide your authorization key. The authorization key in used is not licensed for this feature
2) Check the PL.SQL Debugging Icon. (it will highlight the debugging box)
3) Select Debug and you should have your options enabled.
