Toad for Oracle 10.5.1.3 hangs when I tried to login with CVSNT (4290866)

I'm running CVSNT and I can login from the CVSNT command line.  I can also login to my CVSNT repository from Toad 9.7.2.5, but when I tried to login to my CVSNT repository from Toad for Oracle 10.5.1.3, I noticed one or both of the following behaviors.

1. When I tried to login by going to Utilities | Team Coding | CVS Logon, it would hang Toad 10.5.1.3 until I kill the cvs.exe from the task manger.

2. When I tried to login by Utilities | Team Coding | CVS Logon, it appears to accept the password but when I check the status of Team Coding, it still shows that it is not connected.

The problem seems to be in the way Toad 10.5.1.3 handles login.  When a password is entered via Toad, the password is then passed to the command line as a parameter to the login command; however, the code that executes the command-line command waits for a password entry before the command returns. So if the password is not re-entered, the login fails, it could result in hanging Toad.

WORKAROUND:

1. During CVS logon, after a password in the pop up "Log in to CVS", and click OK.

2. Then, press 'ALT'+'Tab' once to bring up the pop up "Enter Password", and re-enter password, and click OK.
