In the Schema Browser, when looking into tablespaces using the Tablespaces Tab, the RHS objects and extents tabs only list objects/extents owned by user that you are logged in as?
1. Launch Toad.
2. Select View | Options | Startup.
3. Verify that "Check for access to DBA Views" is checked.
4. Click OK and restart Toad.
