TFO 13.1.1. Cannot display functions / procedures / packages in Oracle Cloud ATP 18c.
Description

Attempting to migrate to Oracle Cloud Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP) 18c. When running TOAD against the cloud ATP database, we are unable to display functions/packages/procedures due to missing grants against the tables TFO is accessing. (a couple of the tables being accessed by Toad are sys.procedureinfo$ and sys.idl_char$). Note: this works fine in SQL Developer -- it does not access those tables.

None

STATUS:
Waiting for fix in a future release of Toad for Oracle.
