Controlled triggers sent to the Editor can still be edited when not checked out (4285425)

Given the following two conditions will cause this issue:

1. The Team Coding Code Collection Group has Object Types set to "All"
2. The "Load in Editor" icon on the right hand side of the Schema Browser is used to send the code to the Editor
 
Note: From the right side of the Schema Browser there are two ways to send code to the Editor and both preserve the controlled not-checked-out status:
 
    a. Right-click on the name of the routine and choose “Load in Editor”
    b. “Load in Editor” on the right-side of the Schema Browser
 
From the left side of the Schema Browser there is another “Load in Editor” button which is the one with the issue.
 

WORKAROUND 1: Right-click on the trigger in the Schema Browser and choose “Load in Editor” to send to the Editor
 
WORKAROUND 2: Use the “Load in Editor” icon on the right-side of the Schema Browser to sent to the Editor

WORKAROUND 3: Don't use "All" in the Object Types of the Code Collection Group and create a Code Collection Group specifically for triggers

STATUS: Waiting for fix in a future release of Toad for Oracle.
