When formatting by going to View | Toad Options | Editor | Behaviour | Syntax Highlighting, and Upper or Lowercase is selected. The formatter option stops
the Capitilization from taking effect, except the "unchanged" is selected.This makes the formatter not very flexible to use for setting and changing objects
like the Table names, Aliases etc to an adjustable desired format.
For example:
- Option to be able to choose every objects in Upper, Lower and Init.
- Making the Column-Aliases adjustable.
- The equality sign alignment should also be adjustable.
