How often do license key change?

The only time license keys have changed is when Toad version 10 was released. Starting in this version we changed the format of the license key. It went from a 21 digit numeric key (x-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx) to a much longer alphanumeric key. However, both types of keys will work in Toad version 10 and after. You do not have to get a new key to use Toad 10, but you can if you want. If you want to get a new key, contact our licensing department at https://support.quest.com/LicenseKey.aspx.

Note: You cannot use the alphanumeric key on versions prior to Toad 10.
