Who should I contact at Quest if I'm looking for a functionality that Toad doesn't have? (4280631)

I recently spoke to a Toad Support Engineer and I verified that a function wasn't available in Toad. I want to find out if there are any other products that can perform the functions I am looking for. Who can I contact in regards to that?
