When clicking on the Schema Browser Data tab for a table, Toad throws the following error and returns no results.

ORA-31001: Invalid resource handle or path name "%s"

Cause

XML CLOB data with the tag
<!DOCTYPE PurchaseOrderMessage SYSTEM "PO.dtd">
can cause this problem.

WORKAROUND:
None
STATUS:
Issue fixed in version 10.5.0.41. The latest version of Toad for Oracle can be downloaded at:https://support.quest.com/Default.aspx
