Error opening SQL Optimizer from Toad: "Access Violation at address..."
Description

When trying to open SQL Optimizer, a blank page appears and the following error message: "Access Violation at address 00736AAA in module 'toad.exe".
Cause

This occurs when there is no Optimize option included in the current license key used in Toad.
Resolution

Contact Account Manager for the purchase of the product or the sales team at sales@quest.com.
