When right-clicking on a statement in the "Generated Query" tab of the SQL Modeler and selecting the "Execute as SQL*Plus Report" option, a window called Query Report Format is shown. This window will disappear and not be viewable from within TOAD if the statement gets executed from here.
The window does return results, but is not seen because it is located behind the TOAD application in the background.
WORKAROUND:
"Restore" or un-maximize TOAD and the Query Report Format will be viewable.
STATUS:
Waiting for fix in a future release of TOAD.
