Description
In Toad for Oracle 11, it is documented that this version will give you even more visibility into your Oracle environment, including Oracle options and packs.
I was trying to find out how to see Oracle options (not parameters) and packs that are installed in a database.
I can't find this info in Help, the KnowledgeBase or the release notes. -
Resolution
This statement is referring to the DB Health Check (There are three new checks in Configuration category) and HTML DB Doc Generator.
Both features report on Oracle feature usage.
