After I upgraded to TOAD v11, I no longer am able to cut/paste SQL code from HTML format of AWR report. Run AWR Report, in HTML tab.
For example, go into the section like: SQL ordered by Elapsed Time
Click on a SQLID link
Copy a section of SQL via Main Menu > Edit |Copy OR Control-C keys.
The copy function will not work.
It looks like both copy actions (Main Menu > Edit |Copy and Control-C keys) do not copy.
WORKAROUND:
1. Select the SQL you desire
2. Right click to bring up the context menu
3. Select Copy
4. This will copy the contents to the clipboard.
STATUS:
Waiting for fix in a future version of Toad for Oracle.
