Error dialog box covers the reconnect dialog box, which has focused, causing neither to be accessed
Description
When begining to use Toad, after it has been disconnected due to being idle for too long, there are two dialog boxes that are displayed. One is a reconnect dialog box and the other is a dialog box for an error message being receieved. The problem is that the reconnect box is the one with focus, but it is covered up by the error message dialog box. Due to this, neither of the dialog boxes can be accessed and Toad cannot be used unless it is killed.
